What should people be cautious about?
Unverified products, confident claims built on thin evidence, and anyone selling while “educating”.
Products sold “for research use only” have no FDA oversight. You can't assume they contain what the label says, in the amount it says, or that they're sterile.
Online claims often run far ahead of the evidence. A dramatic before-and-after or a podcast endorsement is not a study.
Be wary when the person explaining a peptide is also selling it. And decisions about using any medicine belong with a licensed clinician who knows your history.
